Terms of Service & Merchant Agreement

To use Rycle AI, you must register for a business account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, public API keys, and all activities that occur under your workspace.

You must immediately notify Rycle AI at support@rycle-bd.com if you suspect any unauthorized access or security breach of your account.

• 14-Day Free Trial: We offer a 14-day evaluation trial with access to AI post scheduling and social channel connections. At the conclusion of your trial, continued service requires selection of a paid plan (Starter $49/mo, Pro $149/mo, or Enterprise $299/mo).
• Billing Cycles: Paid plans are billed automatically on a recurring monthly or annual basis in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing & Subscription tab in your Settings dashboard. Your workspace will remain active until the end of your paid billing period.

Merchants are responsible for reviewing their AI agent's custom instructions, product prices, delivery fees, and order fulfillment. Rycle AI includes built-in human escalation triggers enabling human staff to take over customer chats at any time.

You agree not to use the Rycle AI platform to:

• Transmit unsolicited mass spam, deceptive phishing messages, or unauthorized commercial marketing.
• Violate Meta Platforms Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Policies, or LinkedIn Community Guidelines.
• Promote counterfeit goods, illegal substances, hate speech, harassment, or defamatory content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass multi-tenant security barriers of the platform.

Your Data: You retain 100% full ownership of all customer leads, conversations, catalogs, and brand assets uploaded to your workspace. Rycle AI claims no ownership rights over your business content.

Platform IP: Rycle AI, its logos, website widget script (widget.js), UI components, and software algorithms remain the exclusive intellectual property of Rycle AI.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rycle AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from lost sales, third-party social API downtime (such as Meta or WhatsApp outages), or incorrect AI replies.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
